Coaches and Staff

Berkshire Community rowing is proud to present an outstanding staff of talented, accomplished and energetic coaches. Join us in welcoming them, and letting them know how they can improve your rowing experience.

Head Coach: Becca Cadoff

Becca Cadoff officially started rowing in a single scull at the Craftsbury Outdoor Center, and essentially hasn’t stopped since. (Her unofficial introduction to rowing was in 2006 when she briefly coxed for the Northwestern University novice men’s team (club); her continuing rowing education came through her parents, who joined a Learn to Row program as empty-nesters in 2012. She and her dad often race the parent-child 2x, including at the Head of the Charles, pictured above.)

She’s has been part of the competitive racing team at Litchfield Hills Rowing Club (LHRC, in Northwest CT), an assistant coach at LHRC under Drew Combs and Holly Archibald, and an assistant coach with the Trinity College Women’s Rowing Team under Peter Graves and Renee Jones. When Becca is not rowing, she’s running, hiking, lifting weights, reading, enjoying the sunshine, or doing research about criminal justice reform, poverty, and racial equity. Becca is a US Rowing Level 2 certified coach, NASM-certified personal trainer, and registered yoga instructor (RYT-200).

Dockmaster: Loren Paduano
